Technical issues aside, Morrowind is still well worth the experience and then some. (Make sure you save well and save often). Morrowind is a huge world waiting to be explored. There are so many people and cultures to encounter, each with their own back story and motives. With thousands of possible character variations, you can always try something new. I read somewhere that Morrowind has over 7 novels worth of text. I believe it. Each book you find tells a unique story, thus adding to the overall immersion factor.
