The medieval maiming now lets you swing swords from both hands, like Anakin in Attack Of The Clones. This adds more depth to the game as you can choose your weapons from a huge arsenal that you acquire as you go. Different scenarios call for different combinations of weapons and occasionally different characters. The only problem we can see at this stage is one of taste; if RPG-style hack 'n' slashers aren't your thing this is unlikely to interest you too much. If, however, you love working out whether a particular battle is the domain of the Elf or the Necromancer this could be represent a king's bounty to you.
