Deus Ex: Invisible War Impressions

Gone Gold has put together some fairly critical first impressions of the PC version of Deus Ex: Invisible War. Here's a bit of what they had to say:
Warren Spector said everything, absolutely everything I wanted to hear in his interviews about this game. His whole conception of the game, his philosophy of design, EVERYTHING--it was all brilliant. I absolutely could not wait to play.

So it particularly pains me to say that this game was misnamed. They should have named it Deus Ex Invisible War: The Half-Ass Console Port. Actually, Released Two Months Early should probably be in that title somewhere, because there is absolutely no way this game should have been released in its current state. Everything that involved any kind of additional work for the PC is either illogically designed, unoptimized, or just not done at all.
