Deus Ex: Invisible War Interview, Part Two

RPGVault has dished up part two of a new Deus Ex: Invisible War interview, this time with Lead Writer Sheldon Pacotti, Designer Kent Hudson, Writer Sarah Paetsch, Lead Designer Ricardo Bare, Designer Steve Powers, and Programmer Matt Baer. Check it out:
Q: What kinds of opponents can players expect to face in Invisible War? How many different types will there be? What are a couple of interesting or unusual new ones?

A: Generally, opponents in Invisible Ware fall into one of three types, Humans, Transgenics and Bots. Humans comprise your everyday kind of people like citizens, thugs and security cops as well as special units like Order Seekers, WTO Officers or Templar Knights. Transgenics include creatures players of the first game will recognize - grays, karkians and greasels. Bots means all the mechanical units like security bots, cameras and turrets.

Then there are a few units that are harder to classify neatly, like the Omar. The Omar are a strange group of underground cyborgs who deal in black market technology and share a peculiar outlook on the future of the human race. Their modified bodies make them susceptible to some things that would harm humans as well as bots, but it also grants them resistances to certain things; their suits retard fire and radiation damage for instance.
