Q: Now that Lost Dungeons of Norrath has been on shelves for a few weeks, how would you sum up the good and bad of its launch? Anything special crop up in the launch of this product that did not in previous expansions?

A: The launch for Lost Dungeons was very smooth. We launched a great product that our customers enjoy playing. Considering the volume and advancement in both technology and content, I'm impressed that there were no major issues.
