Camelot Grab Bag Q&A

Mythic's Sanya Thomas has written up another Grab Bag Q&A on the Camelot Herald. This week, she answers questions about the new zones, loot affecting spawn times, moving Dred characters, and more. A snippet:
Q: One of my friends lost his house. His credit card expired, so his account was closed for three days and when he came back, the house was gone. Do houses disappear when an account goes into billing suspension?

A: No, they don't. Our billing system and our game aren't connected in any way the billing system is like a switch, it either lets you have access to the game or it doesn't. Your characters and your houses continue to exist whether or not you have access to them. So, if you've got money in the lockbox, our system will continue to automatically deduct rent every week until the money is gone.

I'm happy to request logs on anyone's behalf so far, each case we've looked into has turned out to be a simple matter of there not being enough money to pay the rent in the lockbox, or on the consignment merchant.
