So you can play with the best, but can you work with the best? We're looking for a Manager with the leadership skills to direct and hire a full crew of Game Masters who can work with Blizzard Entertainment to pave a way to a brand new world. The In-Game Customer Support Department is one of the most essential features that we are looking forward to supplying to our future customers in our upcoming MMORPG and we're looking for someone who can help us build a foundation that will keep our world rock steady.
The In-Game Customer Support Manager will assemble and direct the large team of Game Masters which are required to support Blizzard's upcoming, eagerly-anticipated World of Warcraft. Game Masters are customer service specialists with expert knowledge of the game that will be present as characters within the game's epic fantasy setting to provide assistance and guidance to players while also coordinating world functionality. The In-Game Customer Support Department, its Game Masters and its Manager will be the direct links between Blizzard and its customers when World of Warcraft goes live to a global audience, hungry for new adventures within the famed Warcraft Universe.
