Q: How is it you came to your current position with Mythic? What type of qualification do you have?

A: This year marks my sixth year working in a Technical Support role of some sort. My previous employer was a multinational pharmaceutical research corporation for whom I provided world wide technical assistance to fellow employees. Server maintenance, web traffic monitoring, intranet design/support, and hardware/software configuration and implementation are several fancy words that come to mind when describing my job. To sum it up I fixed the broken stuff and helped others use the stuff that worked.
