1.27 will most likely be a Toolset-only patch. We are adding a new wizard to the Toolset. Hopefully 1.27 will be out in early November.

1.28 will be a smaller patch to address some specific issues in preparation for the release of the Witchworks module. Hopefully 1.28 will be out in mid November with the Witchworks module out soon after.

1.29 is unplanned at this time.
