Q: Does Tribunal plug into the existing world? Meaning, can you install it, start over, and visit the new locations whenever you like? Or is it only for players who have completed Morrowind?
A: You can play it at anytime. That was one of the requirements we set. It's more of an "add-in", than and "add-on". Kind of like "Tales of the Sword Coast" is to "Baldur's Gate." So you can play the Tribunal quests if you're just starting or have finished the main quest already in Morrowind. It is geared toward higher-level characters though, but that's really to finish Tribunal, not to start it. People who've played Morrowind a lot have some pretty buff characters, so we feel the need to offer them a new challenge.
