"Shadowbane is a bizarre hybrid of several games. There's a little of Ultima Online in there, yes, and a little of Everquest, but also a healthy slice of Diablo II, not to mention some wholesale resource management in the style of a real-time strategy title. The game itself is player-versus-player oriented, with a solid RPG base behind it."
