The expanding empire should be familiar to anyone who's played Daggerfall. Imperial troops are already stamping their mark on Vvardenfell, and the newest Imperial settlements are filled with the familiar clank of the well-armed Imperial Legion. These cities bear the same sturdy half-timbered homes and stone castles as might be found in Daggerfall or any other Western province. Generally you'll be treated well here and it's easy to find work for the Imperial guilds (Fighter's Guild, Mages Guild...) In contrast, the Ashlander Nomads live in tiny camps consisting of small portable huts. Pack plenty of food and healing medicines if you plan to visit, as they tend to live in harsh climates.
