RPGVault: With the character you currently play most often, what is your favorite skill or combination of skills, and why?
Matt Picioccio, Programmer: I play a Breton Spellsword, a combination destruction-magic caster and fighter. My favorite skill is definitely Destruction magic. If I can keep the bad guys away from me and still put the hurt on them, I have a better chance of living through some of the devious encounters our designers have cooked up. The spellsword combo of Destruction magic and Long Blade is really nice because if my enemy takes a fireball to the face and still rushes me, I know that I can pull out my Blade of Pain and make him wish that the fireball HAD killed him. Block helps you out a lot in combat and it just looks awesome to see your character blocking with his shield and striking with his sword, so I'm going to have to give that one a nod, too.
