The MMORPG that many believe will be the Holy Grail of the genre in the forseeable future, Star Wars Galaxies, will include over 750 motion captured animations. On the official page, they've written an in-depth article on the process at Sony in San Diego. It ends with a 5-hit combo movie, and if you're not familiar with how motion capturing works, it's a very good read.
