Gamezone Online, an online game store based in New Zealand, has received word that Ubi-Soft will be delaying the release of Pool of Radiance in overseas areas such as Australia due to the bugs found in the US release. Here's a rip from the site:

We've got some sad news for RPG fans -- The local release of Pool Of Radiance has been delayed due to the major bugs that have been found in the USA release. The bugs are very serious in nature and can result in your hard drive being deleted under certain un-install conditions. The game is currently being patched and we will be getting the "already fixed" version of the game. The delay to patch and re-make the CD's is expected to be around 2-3 weeks. :( We will update the site when we have more news.
