What is your role on the Dungeon Siege team, and what are your major functions and responsibilities?

I am Microsoft's Program Manager for the ZoneMatch technology that is being used inside Dungeon Siege. I have 3 assignments: 1) I manage a team of MS engineers who develops the technology for in-game matchmaking and auto-update features, 2) I work with the great engineers at GPG that integrate Zonematch into the game and 3) I also help with other aspects of multiplayer like prototyping short game ideas.
