BioWare Makes Top 100

I was happy to see over at RPGVault that ProfitGuide.com has ranked BioWare Corporation number 11 in the top 100 of Canada's "Fastest Growing Companies". Here's a snippet from the article:

Zeschuk and Muzyka formed BioWare in 1995, and began creating PC games from Zeschuk's basement. Their goal: "to entertain the world." While working as doctors to support the company, the pair hired programmers and engineers they had met at university and spent 18 months developing their first game, a sci-fi epic called Shattered Steel. It sold a respectable 100,000 copies. But their next game, the fantasy saga Baldur's Gate, has sold three million units and got them a gig developing a Star Wars game for LucasArts.
