Any way that you decide to go, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience by completing some simple quests as well as battling creatures. In order to solve the problems of quest bunching (the problems with people camping quest sites for items), quests will be randomly generated so that those doing the same quest will probably have to complete the steps in a different order. Quests have to be completed in order as well so you can't just jump ahead a step if you know what's going on which should also help alleviate the camping difficulties as each player will also have to complete every step before they can complete the quest. For convenience of keeping track of what you need to do when, a handy dandy quest journal will keep track of all the quests you are on and what step you need to complete. Quests will come in different shapes and sizes such as grabbing parts of monsters to show you killed them, to the realm quests that will have you hunting and attacking in foreign lands.
