Polymorph?

Can anyone say weather the polymorph self spell is thought of being implemented or not? I like the spell and i think it would be possible to realize, because the models and stats of the monsters or animals are there so you just need to give the character another outlook change some attributes and so on. I know a problem would be that you can´t fly with a winged creature...

polymorphing and animal companions: Rest assured both polymorphing and animal companions will be included in NWN. "Out of the can" polymorphing and druid shape-shifting will only allow for a set group of forms. However, a DM can override this and allow a change to almost any available creature. Animal Companions and familiars will work in the same manner as henchmen, i.e. you will be able to issue them simple commands.

manual polymorphing: The latter. The player would perform the standard polymorph and the DM would go in and switch them to the requested creature type.
