One More Round For....

It's been available for a few months now. It is one of the most imaginative games to come out in... awhile. It's mainly an action/adventure title with flabergastingly good graphics (uses the Quake III engine). And it has taken Riderznews that long to fully extrapolate every morsel of goodness from the game they could, only now being sufficiently satiated -- it's American McGee's Alice, and they hand the game a most glowing review. The reviewer calls it "one of the greatest games I have ever played" and manages to capture some of the most stunning shots of the game I've laid eyes on (superb but not enlargable<?>). An aroma from the review around the corner:

After suffering the aftermath of her house being burnt down, Alice has been sent to an Asylum to rehabilitate her. She has fallen to the brink of insanity and has been called back into the wonderful world of wonderland to help defend it against the evil Queen of Hearts, but this time its not the wonderful world you remembered. Wonderland has undergone some drastic mutations since you have previously been here. You witness many of the strange changes in this surreal, insane environment. The Queen has enlisted many strange and sadistic creatures for you to smother as you traverse the twisted land, which was once so friendly. Along your voyage you will see many familiar places and creatures that were in the classic wonderland, just with some slight changes. Everyone’s favorite rabbit, caterpillar, and mad hatter are all back for the adventure!
