Originally positioned as Lords of the Fallen 2, CI Games' sequel to their Dark Souls-inspired action-RPG, was rebranded as The Lords of the Fallen last year, with CI Games' internal Hexworks studio now being responsible for the project's development.
And with the game scheduled for a vague but not too distant 2023 release, its Steam page was recently updated with a series of impressive-looking screenshots and a more robust description promising a vast, interconnected world with a seamless co-op option, robust character customization, challenging and fluid tactical combat, and more.
