Grinding Gear Games has revealed the title of the next expansion for Path of Exile. Known as Sentinel, it will be going live on May 13, 2022 for PC, with the official reveal livestream scheduled for May 5th. Check out this quick name reveal trailer:

Tune in at 1PM on May 5th (PDT) to find out all about our next expansion!
In the livestream, you'll learn all about the new challenge league and other content of the expansion. It's followed by a live Q&A between ZiggyD and Chris Wilson.
You can catch everything you need to know at twitch.tv/pathofexile. Twitch Drops will be enabled for the livestream so make sure to encourage your favourite streamers to watch along with us! We'll announce the Twitch Drops reward next week.
Path of Exile's Expansion Launch Date
You'll be able to play the new Path of Exile: Sentinel expansion for free on May 13th (PDT) on PC and on May 18th (PDT) on console.
