We don't exactly have many details, but with post on their official website, the developers at Red Hook Studios have announced that Darkest Dungeon will get its first DLC, The Crimson Court, in early 2017:
Our first DLC, “The Crimson Court”, is slated for Early 2017 on PC/MAC/Linux/PS4/VITA.
According to an article on PC Gamer, the DLC will include a new class among other things, but the developers are being tight-lipped about the nature of those other things:
The DLC will include a new playable class, "but we're keeping the rest of the details close to the chest for now," Red Hook said in an email.
