Bigpoint's multiplayer RPG Drakensang Online is still going strong five years after it initially launched, and the team is celebrating the milestone by launching in-game events, giving away a crazy amount of in-game money, adding new loot to the game, and more. Launched in 2011 by Bigpoint GmbH for browsers, with a PC and MAC client version following later, DRAKENSANG Online has not only seen many updates to enhance players’ experience, but also the addition of hundreds of hours’ worth of content. Five years later, DSO boasts more than 36 million registered players and thousands of active daily users across the world.
