Satellite Reign Gets Full Co-op Campaign Support

Following a couple weeks' worth of open beta testing, 5 Lives Studios fired over a quick note this week alerting us to the fact that their tactical cyberpunk RPG Satellite Reign is now sporting full co-op support throughout its campaign, giving you yet another reason to check it out if you haven't already. What's more, the game is currently on sale for 50% off on GOG and Steam, so that sweetens the deal even further.  Word is:

Satellite Reign Co-op Multiplayer officially launched

And it's currently 50% off on Steam for limited period - review codes still available for media.

Satellite Reign has been updated—for free—to allow the entire campaign to be played cooperatively with up to 4 players. The team at 5 Lives Studios has been working for the last year since launch on the hefty Kickstarter stretch-goal that was never reached—full co-op multiplayer. There aren't many Kickstarted games that can boast delivering on a promise that was never even made in the first place...

Multiplayer is supported cross-platform for any combination of PC, Mac or Linux, and supports internet or LAN play. Up to 4 players can divide control of the game's 4 agents between them as they choose, and players can drop in and out at any stage. You can even switch between single-player and multiplayer within the same campaign.
