The Elder Scrolls Online Free for the Weekend

PC/Mac players and Xbox One players will be able to try The Elder Scrolls Online this weekend for free by following the instructions laid down by ZeniMax Online on this page. The trial is currently already available and will be running until December 14th, 8am GMT. The trial will also make players eligible for the giveaway with a $1 million grand prize that's put the game back into the spotlight recently.
Additionally, during the free weekend, crown packs will be discounted on both the PC/Mac and Xbox One versions of the Crown Store, and the game itself will have a 60% off discount.
Unfortunately no free weekend is available for PlayStation 4 owners, though the developers are apparently working on a "technical solution" with Sony to do a similar initiative for owners of the console in the future.
