After all the hype, speculation and rumors, it's hard to believe we're just 34 days away from Fallout 4, but clearly the weekly videos that Bethesda has been releasing to explain the SPECIAL attributes aren't figments of my imagination so the game really has been announced and is close to being released.
The latest video deals with the Intelligence attributes, which will increase the experience rewards earned while playing the game and unlock a series of perks that improve abilities such as hacking and crafting. Take a look below:
