Today, Bethesda has finally released the entire footage of the Fallout 4 panel they did at E3, where game director Todd Howard, lead writer Emil Pagliarulo, lead artist Istvan Pely, and lead producer Jeff Gardner discussed the making of the game and the reasoning behind decisions such as the drastic shift in art style and the choice of Boston as a setting for the game.
