Ubisoft has published a video diary for South Park: The Fractured but Whole to present the team at Ubisoft San Francisco, who took over the developing duties for the Stick of Truth sequel. As such, there isn't really a lot of information on the title itself, though we learn that the folks at Ubisoft San Francisco have a tool that allows them to import assets from South Park Studios directly into the game, and that they have been researching the South Park series extensively and working directly with the owners of the property:
