Dark Souls II Patch v1.10 Patch Released

Patch v1.10 for Dark Souls 2 has been released on all platforms, adding, among other things, a number of new story events, improved item descriptions, and gameplay tweaks targeted mostly at multiplayer (the full changelog can be found here).
In the interest of clarity it's worth mentioning that these changes don't include the game design changes and graphics/sound upgrade meant for the Scholar of the First Sin edition that's releasing in April on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (DX11). A full table that compares the two different versions of the game (there is also a Scholar of the First Sin edition coming out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but that's essentially a Game of the Year edition for the game that includes the base game and all the DLC) is available at this link.
