Recently the developers at Warhorse Studios have streamed some gameplay from the "technical alpha" build of Kingdom Come: Deliverance they have recently released to the backers of the game, which should offer a decent look at the current (early) state of the game. Given there doesn't seem to be any NDA on gameplay footage, there are other videos at a higher resolution available if you want to check them, but I'm going to prioritize this one because of the developer commentary:
