It looks like a YouTube user that attended the recent Role-Playing Convention in Cologne filmed Piranha Bytes' Risen 3: Titan Lords presentation, which showcases some gameplay from the open-world RPG threequel. Unfortunately the footage is of fairly low quality and rather blurry, but having something to watch is always better than nothing at all. According to fansite World of Risen the game was playable at the convention, so I'll be sure to check regularly in case some more footage or preview/impression articles pop up.
