Wasteland 2's project lead Chris "DarkTwinkie" Keenan has posted a new work-in-progress iteration of the title's conversation UI on the official inXile forums, which sports a new, more graphically pleasing and consistent look, and a new layout. You can see a full-sized screenshots at this link.
