In celebration of the holiday spirit, BioWare have elected to give away all promotional DLC to Dragon Age and Dragon Age II players.  As much of this content was previously locked or dependent upon having a certain version of the game, this should be appreciated by those who aren't fans of retailer-specific or time-specific bonuses.  You can choose whether to unlock it all for the PC, PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360, and you can visit the page multiple times to unlock it across all platforms if need be.
