The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard Isn't Available on PC or PS3, Yet

Considering that Bethesda Softworks originally announced that Skyrim's Dawnguard DLC would be available on the other two platforms 30 days after its Xbox 360 debut, it seems more than a little bit contradictory to read through this Twitter post by PR rep Pete Hines suggesting that the PC and PS3 versions aren't anywhere near release yet. I'm sure we'll be getting the add-on sooner or later, but this is all we have to go on for the time being:
We have not announced Dawnguard for any other platform, nor given a timeline for any such news. If we have news, I promise I'd tell you.
