Path of Exile's forthcoming v0.9.11 patch will introduce a significant redesign to the game's enormous skill tree, and that's prompted the team at Grinding Gear Games to put together a four-minute video that breaks down the areas of the tree that will be part of the overhaul (and why).  Don't worry, all the complexity is still there:
