I admit I'm kind of mystified by the notion that people would spend real money on items to dress their Xbox Live avatars with, but clearly they are successful enough for Bethesda to publish a new batch of them, including an 'arrow in the knee' prop.

I guess we really haven't heard enough arrow jokes yet?
