G4 has cranked out a five-and-a-half-minute video interview with Gearbox Software's Randy Pitchford, and the second half of the interview (starting at about the 2:42 mark) is devoted entirely to Borderlands 2. Topics include how they could have improved the original title, how they're already preparing ideas for the sequel's DLC, and more.
