In case you didn't catch the "Game Jam 2011" video that Bethesda's Todd Howard rolled during his 2012 D.I.C.E. Summit keynote, you should know that it's now available in its full 720p glory on our YouTube channel. Ultimately, I'd like to see a lot of these additions become a reality, but I think additional assassin enhancements like water arrows and grapples would probably make me most happy:


Why yes, I would like a little more Thief in my Elder Scrolls.  Thank you.
