As evidenced by this post on Kotaku and this official website, Gargantuan and Gazillion Entertainment's upcoming Marvel Comics-themed MMORPG will from here on be known as Marvel Heroes. It's still sticking to its free-to-play guns, though, and as far as we know, it's still scheduled for a 2012 release:

Sling Captain America's famous shield into a horde of HYDRA goons. Unleash the lightning of Storm against the anti-mutant Purifiers. In this free-to-play game, you get to experience a world-spanning storyline written by Brian Michael Bendis featuring iconic locations and classic scenes drawn from the history of Marvel Comics.
