Unconfirmed: Borderlands 2 Coming in 2012

Eurogamer reports that, according to a source "close to the game", the sequel to Borderlands will be released next year, and an announcement from publisher 2K Games should be coming soon. This is not the first time we've heard rumors along these lines, so it will be interesting to see if there's something to substantiate these claims this time.
