Dragon Age Legends Preview and Wallpaper

In a new preview for Dragon Age Legends, the folks over at IGN cover the basics of EA2D's somewhat difficult yet entertaining turn-based Facebook RPG.
As with most Facebook games, multiplayer is asynchronous. When you go out on missions, you recruit your friends to fight with you; your friends receive gold when you enlist them in your quests. Once a friend has fought, there's a cool-down period before you can use them again, though you can pay crowns, the game's premium currency, if you want to use them before the cool-down period ends.

Combat is turn-based, and turn order is based on each fighter's agility stat -- the higher the stat, the more frequently they will be able to fight. In each combat turn, you'll have the chance to use one item (such as a potion, armor kit, or bomb) and one skill (such as a weapon strike or magic attack).
Additionally, there's a new wallpaper up on the game's official album. I currently have a well-equipped level 10 warrior and can invite people past the beta barrier, so if you're looking to give the game a try, feel free to add me as a friend and shoot me a message.
