The Lord of the Rings: War in the North Screenshots, FAQ, and More

In order to give their registered members some exclusive content, Warner Bros. and Snowblind Studios have created a new "Council of the North" section on the official The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. There, you'll discover a new Mirkwood gameplay video, an extended version of The Black Númenórean trailer, some wallpaper and screenshots (that I've mirrored over in our image gallery), and a short FAQ.  Frequently asked and answered:
What is the Council of the North?

We here at WarInTheNorth.com are rolling out an exclusive new section of the site that we designed to highlight and reward members in our community. For all the details, check out our Tour article.

I know someone who's interested in being in the Council. What should he/she do?

The Council is open to anyone who registers a profile here on WarInTheNorth.com. All your friend needs to do is sign up here.

Can I invite friends?

We're looking into a way for Council members to extend invites to a select group of friends. We'll keep you posted.

How can I become a Ringbearer?

There's no single answer for how to become a Ringbearer. All we can say is that this is a very special way to reward our super fans.

What happened to the "Beta" version of the Council?

We rolled out the Council to a small group of fans first to see how people would respond to extended versions of our trailers, additional screenshots, and more. We were so excited about the Council content that we wanted to make sure that more people could see it! We still want to make sure that it feels like something special for our biggest fans, which is why we're giving registered users early access to this exciting content.

Where can I give feedback on the Council?

We always love hearing from the fans, and appreciate any and all feedback. We've created a thread on the Council-exclusive forums to collect feedback. Thanks for helping us out with your constructive comments!

And here's the press release announcing all of these goodies:
