A NeoGAF post points out the fact that ZeniMax Media (Bethesda's parent company) has registered three new trademarks recently: Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road, and Old World Blues. Checking, for instance, Old World Blues, we see:
Word Mark LONESOME ROAD
Goods and Services IC 009. US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices
