Kuldahar Targets
In Kuldahar, make sure to pickpocket the Potion seller until he has nothing left (which includes a Ring of Protection +2). Also pickpocket Arundel and Orrick. Arundel has Ring of Free Action and I think Orrick also. Very useful items indeed.
