Sukhov is essentially a glorified thug, with better aim and more hit points. He is also resistant to mental attacks, so powers such as Mental Blank will likely not work. His pistol does reasonable damage, and with his increased accuracy he is best handled in melee combat. His punch is not very powerful, and easily weathered. After his first battle, he becomes the far more formidable Nuclear Winter.
