You'll find Bishop inside the Sunken Flagon the first time you arrive there, but he won't actually join your party until late in Act I, after the githyanki have kidnapped Shandra.

Quests:

Bishop isn't involved in any quests, but he'll be a required member of your party as you search for Shandra at the end of Act I.


Influence:

Bishop is ruthless and evil, and he'll respond well when you act that way, too. Here are some of the places where you can gain influence with Bishop.

Bishop will betray you when Crossroad Keep comes under attack in Act III, and he'll leave your party then. Later, just prior to the final battle, you'll be given a chance to convince him to take no part in the battle.
