Location:: You'll meet Grykk in the Wailing Wench Tavern in Neverwinter. If he likes you, then he'll join you for free. Otherwise, you'll have to pay him 1000 gp to "prove your sincerity."
Equipment:: Grykk will start out with Grykk's Plate and Grykk's Heavy Shield.
