Nearly six months since SOE announced plans to shut down Star Wars: Galaxies, the final day of online operation has arrived. It's a sad day for many, I'm sure, and will likely prompt a significant amount of people to login for a chance to experience the game's final moments and planned events before heading back to the early access that's been granted to them in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
