Q. Are Tome unlocks level-based? For example, in the Bestiary there is an unlock in Mount Bloodhorn. It doesn't guide you anywhere, and when I tried to go back to do it I got turned into a chicken because of the level difference.

A. No, Tome unlocks are not level-based. If you're a chicken, you're still eligible for most unlocks, and you might find even more special unlocks that require you to be changed into one of our fowl friends.
